Investment Managers
Complex investments are managed by external firms with specialized expertise. The Retirement and Investment Office selects those firms competitively on strategy, performance, risk and cost, negotiates their fees, monitors performance and guideline compliance, and replaces managers who no longer serve the Fund's objectives.
